TEC Red Laser Module

Description TEC red laser module is fully self-contained with integrated temperature controller (TEC), laser driver circuit, surface polished glass asherical lens optics and laser diode. The unique properties are compact anodized aluminum body, fine adjustable focus, clean beam, and low divergence. The module has excellent wavelength and power stability. It is available with integrated temperature controller or with compact body without temperature control. Temperature controlled red lasers work exceptionally well at ambient temperature range between 10 to 40 degree C and they are strongly recommended for applications which require low RMS noise and peak to peak laser power stability. The following options are available upon request
1. TTL option: it can operate from CW up to 155MHz, and the part no. will add –TTL, e.g. TECRL-15G-635-TTL.
2. Power Variable option will add a –PV, e.g. TECRL-15G-635-PV.
3. Circular beam option will add a “C” after the G, e.g. TECRL-15GC-635
4. Custom powers not listed above are available.
